It can fit any neck size. Made amazing and with love. So comfortable to wear you for get its there unless the bell sounds lol. They can make custom ones as well and they can make ears,tails, and cuffs to match your collar. The lining of the collar is soft and comfortable. They ship quick and come in adorable packages.
